ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

 

Arrival and departure times - Accommodation is available from 3.00pm and all touring pitches will be available from 12.00 noon. We ask that you vacate your accommodation or pitch by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Early arrivals - Guests arriving early are welcome to report to reception and enjoy any of the Park facilities until their accommodation is ready.

Late arrivals (after 5.00pm) - If you expect to arrive after 5.00pm please call reception to arrange key/passes or tag collection. Office is open until 7.00pm during peak season.

Non-arrival - Unless the Park is previously notified, unclaimed accommodation will be treated as a cancelled booking at 10.00am on the day following your holiday start date.

 

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING

 

Static Caravans - All cooking items, crockery and cutlery are provided. Bed linen is provided for the maximum number of persons the caravan is designed for and all beds excluding the pull out bed in the lounge will be made up on arrival. Bring washing up items, towels, toilet rolls, toiletries and your personal holiday belongings.

Touring Caravans - Our guests are required to collect their own water from the conveniently placed water points. Showers, toilets and washing up facilities are available to use free of charge and our guests must bring their own toiletries and washing items.

Launderette - Lighten your luggage - our park is equipped with a modern launderette at normal charges.

Hire Goods deposit - A deposit of £10 will be required for each hire goods item.

 

PETS

 

We welcome well-trained dogs at Pencnwc but reserve the right to refuse certain breeds. We only allow dogs in our Astoria dog friendly range. Dogs are permitted with camping or touring bookings for an additional charge of £2.00 per dog per night and a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. We reserve the right to ask the owner of any dog considered a nuisance or to be affecting the comfort of guests, to remove it from the Park. We do not allow any breeds of dog listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 on our Park.

Where your dog can't go - Dogs are permitted to be walked on park under the assumption they are kept on their lead at all times. Dogs are not allowed entry to the entertainments complex, children's play areas or swimming pool with the exception of Registered Assistance dogs for the disabled.

Registered Assistance dogs for the disabled - There is no charge for Registered Assistance dogs for disabled guests in any of our accommodation choices.

 

GENERAL

 

Family holidays - The holidays we offer have been designed with families and couples in mind. We do not accept group bookings from under 25's or same sex groups. We therefore reserve the right to retain the keys for accommodation if this condition is contravened.

Care of facilities- Please treat your holiday accommodation and Park facilities with care so that others may continue to enjoy them. Our caravans are strictly only let out and furnished for the number of people they are designed for. Guests will be held responsible for the accommodation and are liable for any damages to the property and its contents. All accommodation is strictly non smoking. We ask that you report any accidental damage to Reception immediately, so that we can make a repair or replacement.

Accommodation is inspected at the end of every stay and any loss or damage may be charged for.

Ball games - For the wellbeing of all our guests these are not permitted in the areas between and around accommodation but instead on the designated play areas.

Unacceptable behaviour - Threatening or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstance, we reserve the right to ask you to leave park without any compensation for your holiday. BBQ's are permitted provided they are continuously attended are used in an open and safe area. No disposable BBQs are allowed to be used on the grass or put in the refuse areas until they have completely cooled down.

Gazebos - Gazebos are NOT permitted at any time.

Motorised and Electric scooters are not permitted at any time.

 

MOTOR VEHICLES

 

Only one vehicle is permitted per unit of accommodation unless prior permission has been granted by the manager. Guests must adhere to the speed limit set across park of 5mph and note that no motorised scooters are allowed. For guests who wish to bring a large vehicle please inform the park beforehand to ensure we make the correct provisions. Bicycles are allowed on park provided due care is taken when cycling in public areas. Bikes left unattended around the park or club house will be removed.

 

YOUR BOOKING

 

Payment - All deposits are to be paid in full at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date of the booking unless you have opted into a special offer that requires you to pay before this date. The prices include access to our entertainments complex but excludes any additional charges for onsite activities.

 

Refunds/Changes – If guests need to change the dates of their booking, they must do so at least 30 days prior to arrival and pay any difference in price. If guests wish to cancel their booking the following charges will apply:

If you need to cut short your holiday after it has commenced, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.

        Cancellation or changes by us

In exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel or change some aspects of your booking. If we do so, we will tell you as soon as possible prior to your holiday date and you may choose to either:

1. Accept the changes offered by us

2. Receive a full refund

3. Accept an alternative holiday with us at the same price

 

INSURANCE

 

We recommend that you consider appropriate holiday insurance which covers any cancellation and any additional losses which you may incur through cancellation or any amendments of your holiday

 

PARENTS

 

We do not tolerate children being left unattended in the club house or in any other area of the park. Parents are asked to ensure their children do not cause damage in the amenity blocks or anywhere else on the park. Parents will be held responsible for any damage caused, intolerable behaviour could result in a ban from the park. For safety reasons children under the age of 16 are not permitted around the lake area unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

ADVENTURE GOLF

 

This is an adventure golf course with water and various features around the course, so there are many slip and trip hazards. The uneven terrain which makes the course enjoyable can add to the risk of injury from falling. Please watch your step and play at your own risk. Maximum of 6 players per group, anyone under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult (16+) at all times. No dogs are allowed on the course.

 

SWIMMING POOL

 

All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the swimming pool and all poolside rules must be observed. Swimming pool opening times are seasonal and we reserve the right to close the pool at anytime should we deem it necessary. Any children not complying with the poolside rules will be banned from the pool for the remainder of the season.

 

HOT TUB RULES

  • Only use between the hours of 8.00 am and 9.00 pm.

  • Seek medical advice if pregnant or have a medical issue.

  • Strictly no children under 6 years of age to use hot tub.

  • Do not exceed more than 4 persons in the hot tub at any time.

  • Hot tubs to be used by guests of this caravan only.

  • Limit your soak to 20 minutes and cool off before re-entry.

  • Shower with soap and water before entering hot tub.

  • No jumping or diving into hot tub.

  • Do not bring glass in or near hot tub.

  • Do not use the hot tub after a heavy meal or under the influence of alcohol or sedatives.

  • Do not use soaps, lotions or oils in the hot tub.

  • Supervise all children in and around the hot tub at all times.

  • Please report any drop in water level below the jets to a member of staff immediately.

  • Replace cover after each use.

  • Do not sit or lie down on cover.

  • Keep gate into hot tub area locked when not in use.

  • In an emergency, turn off electrical isolation switch located at rear of caravan.
